Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) is pleased to announce that Civil Engineer Chad S. Warren, P.E., is officially a licensed engineer in the State of Delaware following the successful completion of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying examination.

Warren began his career with the firm as an engineering intern in 2014 while completing his civil engineering degree at the University of Delaware. Following graduation, he joined the firm as a project engineer at the firm’s Milford, Delaware office under the guidance of principal Jamie L. Sechler, P.E.

Chad’s work includes a wide range of commercial and residential projects across the Delmarva Peninsula, providing services ranging from stormwater management, grading plans, and construction administration, to preliminary engineering, project permitting, and land planning.

“We commend his hard work and dedication through the years, and are proud of his accomplishment,” said Sechler.
