Shertz Attains Delaware Architect License
Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF), is pleased to announce Kevin M. Shertz, AIA., recently attained professional architectural licensure in the state of Delaware.
Shertz is now registered in both the State of Maryland and Delaware, working out of DBF’s Salisbury office where his areas of expertise include custom design/build additions and remodels for single-family residences and commercial properties. Shertz graduated from Lebanon Valley College with his Bachelor of Arts in individualized studies, along with a degree in interior and environmental design from the Pennsylvania School of Art. With over 15 years of experience, Shertz has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of custom design development, utilizing spaces more efficiently and cost effectively. He also provides a full spectrum of services for his clients including, schematic design, conceptual planning, feasibility studies, pre-design analysis and construction documentation.
