The Gathering at Salisbury is a privately owned apartment complex designed to house Salisbury University students. Located within the city limits of Salisbury, Maryland, these deluxe townhomes consist of six apartment buildings (50 units, with 4 bedrooms each for a total of 200 student bedrooms) and a clubhouse with pool. The total site area 5.03 acres. Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. provided site engineering, planning, stormwater management and permitting services for this project.
