Located in Ocean View, Delaware, approximately a mile and a half from Bethany Beach, the Ocean View Beach Club serves as a single-family and townhouse community inspired by health and wellness with beach amenities.

Davis, Bowen & Friedel was responsible for the design of the amenities center. The 8,700 SF facility provides all the amenities and services of an upscale community clubhouse. Included in the clubhouse are two multipurpose rooms, a lounge with a fireplace, a billiards room, and a card room with a fireplace. The ceilings are coffered and there is a movable partition in the larger multipurpose room that can create two smaller spaces.

The gym area is a full-service room, complete with multiple weight and cardio machines. The locker rooms have lockers, toilets, showers, saunas, and private changing rooms. There is a separate spa area with two massage rooms.
