An addition to an existing cabana/garage, this project adds space to a small building that the owner and family have been using for leisure. The waterfront cabana is located in front of the Assawoman Bay in Ocean City, Maryland, next to their primary residence.

The 571 SF cabana and 326-ft deck resembles the existing beach-style construction which is prevalent throughout Ocean City with wood tongue, groove siding and a metal roof. The wide openings are comprised of overhead glass garage doors which brings in the outside breeze in the summer months. The interior consists of open spaces with an exposed roof structure that works as a continuation of the existing spaces.
