The 26,000 SF i.g. Burton car dealership and service shop was designed for a unique customer experience. The dealership encompasses several leading vehicle brands in one building, while maintaining their individual signature aesthetics in the architecture. Key design elements for this building included a signature showroom facade, strong facility identity, contemporary finishes, energy efficient lighting, and HVAC systems, as well as contemporary interior fixtures and casework.

The goal of the facility was to visually communicate the quality of the products, while providing customers with an enjoyable, comfortable experience. Richard Y. Johnson & Sons provided construction management services.
