Grotto Pizza

With a new outdoor concept unlike any other, Grotto Pizza in Millsboro, Delaware successfully opened their 23rd location in the state in the spring of 2021. Grotto Pizza, Inc., sought the assistance of Davis, Bowen & Friedel to provide architecture, engineering, planning, and surveying services to bring this project to fruition.

The 212-seat, 6,750 SF restaurant and sports bar uniquely feature a backyard dining space with an interactive entertainment area for families to enjoy. Construction services were provided by Brendon T. Warfel Construction, with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services provided by E2 Engineering, LLC.
