Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., provided architectural and structural engineering services for the Delmarva Health Pavilion; a design/build project done with Gillis Gilkerson.

The unique facility is a speculative medical office building which contains offices for orthopedic, internal, and bariatric medicine, family practice, and x-ray/imaging/laboratory services. Our firm provided design and construction document preparation services for the building shell, as well as space planning and tenant fit-out services for the individual office suites.
