The Beacon Middle School project was a classroom expansion of the existing school which was constructed in the mid-2000s. This project was reviewed and approved by Sussex County Planning and Zoning. This school project consisted of an expansion to three pods of the building with a total of 12,000 additional SF.

Our firm was responsible for preparing a site plan showing the proposed expansion and obtaining site plan approval. The site plans were reviewed and approved by DNREC, Sediment and Stormwater program and the State Fire Marshal.
