Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF), was hired by the Silicato-Wood Partnership to design this three-story, approximately 28,000 SF office building located at 10th Street and Silicato Parkway just west of Route 1 in Milford. The facility will house a variety of medical groups. The ground floor entry lobby contains a small café/coffee counter for patrons and employees.

The design of this facility was based on a building that fronts a high visibility road on Route 1 and attempts to create a modern design with an eye-catching element in the glass tower. This facility encompasses both curb appeal and functionality. Materials utilized include a steel structure with a thin brick veneer system and reflective glass topped by an aluminum trellis system at the roof level.

DBF provided full architecture, engineering, planning, and surveying services for this facility. Construction services were provided by Gillis Gilkerson of Salisbury, Maryland.
