In a seamless fusion of function and aesthetics, Davis, Bowen & Friedel converted the existing Brasure’s Pest Control, a 5,000 SF garage building, into an inviting office space for our client.

Guided by a vision of repurposing the existing structure, the new layout consists of a new entry and reception area, two open office areas, two private offices, a kitchen/break area, a conference room, toilet rooms, a space for technicians, and a private bathroom with shower. The front elevation was updated with new fiber cement siding with a stone base with windows spaced across the front of the building.
