These luxury apartments were designed for young professionals, retirees, and families, and encompass 204 units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. The 27.5-acre site features several amenities including a pool, fitness center, walking trails, a community center, bocce ball court, shuffle ball, pickleball courts, and 8-acres of preserved woodlands. Davis, Bowen & Friedel provided site engineering, stormwater management, planning, and surveying services for this project.
