Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. provided architectural and structural engineering services for the construction of a new commercial/industrial spec building for the Maryland Economic Development Corporation in Garrett County, Maryland. Services included preparation of construction drawings and specifications including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design by our sub-consultant.

This 20,000 SF building is located on lot 1 in the McHenry Business Park, adjacent to the Garrett County Airport. The building is a 100 ft. clear span, pre-engineered steel building with an additional 25 ft. of front office space. There are three front office entrances and three overhead doors along a common loading dock at the rear. The building is fully fire suppressed and heated.
