The project consisted of exterior facade renovations, as well as interior alterations and additions. The building was a former car dealership with 3,900 SF of sales and public interface area and 4,000 SF of service area. The existing structure was a metal building with a low sloped metal roof with a wide stucco fascia. The new dealership has 6,350 SF of sales and public interface area and 8,000 SF of service area including employee use areas.

In keeping with Chrysler’s Millennium Design’ guidelines, the interior alterations included restrooms, a waiting area, as well as other customer areas. Two of the existing service shop bays were converted into the following spaces: an employee break room, locker room, fluid pump and storage room and a secure delivery room.

The new additions created new areas to the building that did not exist in the original facility. Due to site constraints, a single-lane service area and service advisor area of 2,500 SF was added. The service advisor area was enclosed with a glass partition protected by bollards. An addition at the rear of the building accommodates five car lift bays, wash and detail station: and a tire changing and balancing station.
